End-user license agreement

This agreement covers the Barrow & Barrow project app at app.barrowsurvey.com (the "app"), which Barrow & Barrow ("we") runs for its own land surveying business. By signing in to or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Who may use the app

The app is for Barrow & Barrow staff only. You may use it if you have a barrowandbarrow.com Google Workspace account and we have authorized you to, and only for Barrow & Barrow work. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use it on those terms. It isn't offered to the public or to other businesses, and it isn't sold.

Your account

• You sign in with your Barrow & Barrow Google account; keep it secure and don't share it.
• We may change what you can do in the app, or end your access, at any time, for example when you leave the company.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the app for anything other than Barrow & Barrow business, or let anyone else use it through your account;
• try to get around its sign-in or security, or to reach data you aren't meant to see;
• copy, sell or share the app or its data outside the company, except as your work requires;
• interfere with the app, the services it connects to, or other people's use of them.

QuickBooks and Google

The app connects to Barrow & Barrow's own QuickBooks Online company, to keep customer records and project jobs in step, and to Barrow & Barrow's Google Workspace, for sign-in and project folders in Google Drive. Your use of those services is also covered by Intuit's and Google's own terms. An authorized user can disconnect QuickBooks from the app's Settings page at any time.

Ownership

The app and the data in it belong to Barrow & Barrow. Data that comes from QuickBooks or Google stays subject to those services' terms.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't promise that it will always be available or free of errors, so check anything important, such as amounts and records in QuickBooks, at its source.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Barrow & Barrow isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profits, arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms. The date above shows the latest version; continuing to use the app means you accept it.
